The Wilcox Reunion is coming up VERY fast…
Bear with me as you will… If one could view the family from the top down… in an upside down pyramid with the LARGE family on TOP…the cost for the images would be as follows:
The Large Units (i.e. my dads family, all his kiddos and their kiddos): $45 each
Sibling Images (i.e. all of Jimmy’s kids): $20
Each Small Family Unit (i.e. Mick, Monica and Kiddos): $20 each
the “small family kiddos” (i.e. Megan and Liam): $15 each
I will bring the images back to the studio, make sure everyone’s eyes are open, review the best of the images, process them in color and BW, and provide High Resolution images (will print up to 16×20) for Download from the internet.
Disc’s of images may be purchased as well for an additional cost of $35 per disc to cover the processing and shipping of the DVD. It will include EVERY image proofed and processed.
The Gallery Downloads will be placed online @ http://www.sloanimages.com/wilcoxreunion There will be a detailed instruction list for downloading of the files from the gallery to ones computer as well as the ordering process.
Payment would be expected prior to the reunion and the studios’ database can track those ideals. Once you have signed up (please use the form below) and remitted payment, you will be assigned a time for your family’s image. This information will come from Aunt Glenda!
Things a family may need to bring. Tree stumps of multiple height, a few chairs… some Raid, and happy people.
To wear:… JEANS (please no shorts) and shirts with sleeves (preferably not t-shirts) and one should avoid both white and yellow. My preference is that families avoid matching colors; but ultimately, to each their own!

Please indicate the groupings you would be interested in in the “REMARKS” section of the box. Christina or a studio representative will be in touch with you to confirm and an invoice will follow apx. 60-90 days prior to the reunion.
After the images are created and the reunion over, (in about four weeks) I will provide a gallery online where families could download the digital files and print them at a processor of their own choosing; or use a linked processor online through the proofing galleries at a wholesale cost. The studio will not be selling prints for this event. The cost is for the images creation, time and talent of the photographer, equipment and contracted cost.
Each grouping may have up to three proofs so as not to overwhelm anyone and they will likely be VERY similar and classic in design/style.
Those families wishing to engage in something more formal (or invest in fine art image creation) with the studio should contact me and we can discuss scheduling that at an alternative time the day before or after the reunion.
