Today, I find myself thankful that I know what the “Christmas Song” is … and in some capacity… I have experienced the reality of it.
That I still have enough heart to melt at the sound track to “Hope Floats.” Sometimes, I find myself so callous…that it seems I couldn’t muster up any emotions to anything other than “Love Stinks.” We all know Jay Giles is the man, right?
That I was able to pick up Spencer after school to go grocery shopping … spend some time with just him and get some items for a legit thanksgiving dinner.
That I am able to relax in front of the tv for just a moment and snuggle with the boys.
That my wine is cold and my Choffy is hot.
And…
That I can say all these from my DROID from Verizon wireless.
